Chess Squares

Directions

   Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly.

   In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

   Put first mixture into oblong pan.

   Pour second mixture on top of first.

   Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

   Cool.

   Cut into squares.
