- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg and mix well.

2Press into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Mix sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs, vanilla and salt in mixing bowl.

4Beat for 5 minutes.

5Pour cheese mixture over cake mixture and bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.

6Cool for several hours before cutting.
