  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 c. bread cubes (dry)
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Melt oleo in large skillet. Add chopped onion, chopped celery, parsley, salt and pepper. Saut. Stir in bread cubes. Mix ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper. Shape into balls (about 3-inches); flatten into thin patties. Fill with stuffing mixture and shape back into large ball, leaving top open. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
