- 1 cup sifted chestnut flour
- 3 -4 cups apple cider, mint tea or 3 -4 cups water
- 3 -4 tablespoons oil, tahini or 3 -4 tablespoons sesame butter
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Roast flour in a dry skillet until it begins to smell sweet.

2Allow to cool, then sift flour into liquid.

3Adjust the liquid content according to texture desired.

4Cook on a medium flame, stirring constantly.

5Add tahini, or oil and salt.

6Keep stirring until mixture boils.

7Reduce flame and simmer 15 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.

8Add cinnamon and vanilla, and mix until spice disappears.
