- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Sift together meal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine milk and well-beaten egg and oil.

2Combine two mixtures stirring quickly and vigorously.

3Pour into hot, greased muffin tins.

4Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

5Makes 12 muffins.
