- 3 veal steaks or 2 lb. ground round
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds
- 1 1/2 lb. chestnuts, boiled or broiled until done
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3/4 c. long grain rice
- water (if needed, to keep mixture moist)
- butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 diced onion
Directions

1Boil veal steaks until cooked, then cut in small pieces.

2Brown onion, meat, almonds, chestnuts, raisins, tomato paste and rice. Cook until rice is tender, about 20 to 25 minutes.

3Cool, then stuff turkey.

4This dressing will stuff a 20-pound turkey.
