- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 (5 to 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
- 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage meat
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.

2Add the meat and water chestnuts; mix well.

3Form into 1/2-inch balls.

4Place in a baking pan in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Can be frozen after they have cooled and stored for future use.
