  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 (5 to 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
  • 1/2 lb. ground round
  • 1/2 lb. ground sausage meat

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.

    Add the meat and water chestnuts; mix well.

    Form into 1/2-inch balls.

    Place in a baking pan in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Can be frozen after they have cooled and stored for future use.
