  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (5 to 6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped

Directions

    Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic and onion.

    Add meats and water chestnuts.

    Mix well.

    Form into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350°.
