- 1/2 cup chestnuts, chopped
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, whole
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 24 wonton wrappers
Directions

1Cook bacon in 2 tbsp butter until crisp on edges.

2Add shallot and garlic, cook until soft.

3Add chestnuts and water, simmer until liquid is reduced. Discard garlic.

4Transfer to bowl, mash to paste with fork and add parsley and parmesan.

5Season lightly with a dash of salt.

6Fill won ton wrappers with mixture. Lightly brush the edges of the wrappers with water and press closed.

7Brown 3 tbsp butter, stir in sage and season lightly with salt.

8Boil ravioli in water for 2-3 min until it rises to top.

9Remove from water and cook in butter sauce 1 minute.

10Serve, and enjoy!
