- 100 grams Chestnuts
- 250 ml Dashi stock
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
Directions

1Boil the fresh chestnuts in their shells.

2Let rest for 30 minutes to an hour.

3Patiently peel the chestnuts from Step 1.

4Soak the peeled chestnuts in water for a while.

5Put everything in rice cooker and set it to cook.
