  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • Prudhomme's Magic poultry seasoning
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 4 hamburger buns

Directions

    Form ground chuck into 4 patties; do not handle much. Sprinkle each side of the patty generously with the seasoning. Grill on high for 10 minutes, 5 minutes for each side.

    Do not squish juice out of the hamburgers! Remove from grill and serve with remaining ingredients.
