  • 1 lb. box light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Cream sugar and margarine. add eggs and beat well. Blend in flour and then add vanilla extract and nuts. Bake in a well greased 13x9 x2 inch pan at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Cookies will fall. When cool sprinkle with sugar and cut into squares.
