Directions

   Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg.

   Pat in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

   Cream 2 eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese for 5 minutes.

   Spread over mixture in dish.

   Bake 45 minutes at 325°. Cool and cut in squares.
