  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Mix eggs, butter and sugar. You can use 1/2 box of light brown sugar and 1/2 box of confectioners sugar in place of 1 box of light brown sugar. Add flour, coconut, vanilla and pecans. Press in sheet pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour. (Don't overbake.)
