  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. pecans, broken
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt margarine over low heat or in microwave.

    Add sugar. Stir until dissolved.

    Add eggs, one at a time, until mixed well. Blend in flour and vanilla.

    Beat well.

    Add nuts and bake at 325° to 350° until brown (about 30 minutes).

    Place in a sheet cake pan.
