- 3 tablespoons chia seeds (and 1 cup cold water)
- 4 cups cold water
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 14 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
Directions

1In a medium bowl, mix the chia seeds with 1 cup cold water.

2Let stand 15 minutes.

3Drain and rinse the seeds.

4Mix 4 cups cold water and the sugar in a medium pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

5Add the lime juice and stir to combine.

6Mix in the chia seeds.

7Garnish with mint leaves and serve over ice.
