- 1 Egg, Beaten
- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- Any Seasoning Blend Of Your Choice, To Taste
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Olive Oil, Or Any Oil Of Choice, Enough To Coat The Bottom Of Your Pan To Cook The Fish

1This recipe can pretty much be eyeballed and adjusted to your needs.

2I normally dont measure anything out when I make it, I just eyeball it as I go along.

3In a skillet over medium heat heat a thin layer of oil.

4While that is heating up, put your egg in one bowl and the chia seeds and seasoning blend in another.

5Season your fish with salt and pepper.

6Dredge the fish in the egg, then in the chia seed mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

7Place fish in the oil.

8It takes about 5 minutes to cook on each side, depending on how thick your fillets are.

9Mine were pretty thin so it didnt take long at all.

10Youll know they are done when they can be easily flaked.

11Be careful flipping them, I almost always break mine.

12Serve with veggies and brown rice.
