- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. fennel
- 1/2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all and let stand 2 days in the refrigerator.

2Before baking, make into about 6 tight rolls wrapped in foil.

3Bake in pan so sausage can drain as they cook.

4Bake 90 minutes at 350°. Will keep weeks stored in the refrigerator.
