- 3 cups peanut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions

1Mix together the egg and milk.

2Cut up chicken breasts into cubes.

3Place the chicken into the milk and egg mixture, and let sit for at least an hour in the refrigerator.

4While you are waiting for the chicken, mix together the flour, sugar, pepper, and salt.

5Remove from the refrigerator and dredge in the flour.

6Place peanut oil in a deep fat fryer, and bring up to a high heat.

7Once up to 375 F gently drop the chicken into the oil, and cook until golden brown.

8drain on paper towels.

9Serve with barbecue sauce.
