  • 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Primo Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • pita bread
  • bagel

    Drain and rinse 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Primo Chick Peas.

    Puree with 1/2 cup Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp.

    lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves and 2 Tbsp.

    tahini in food processor.

    Spoon into serving dish and top with a little fresh chopped parsley.
