    Spray baking pan that has a baking rack with olive oil Pam. Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice (fresh) and then sprinkle with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Liberally sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 450° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
