  • 1 sliced carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • celery, chopped
  • butter
  • honey

    Wash chicken and remove giblets.

    Dry moisture off chicken.

    Rub inside well with salt and pepper.

    Add veg to cavity.

    Sprinkle with soy and salt.

    Tie legs together and brush skin with butter and honey.

    Place in pot on rack and roast for 35-40 180c/350f.
