  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (6-ounce) can button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
