  • 1 package Portobello Mushrooms
  • 4-5 Stalks Green Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1 package Fettucini Noodles
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce

Directions

    Slice mushrooms, green onion, and chop garlic.

    Saute in 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat until tender.

    While the veggies are cooking, cut up the chicken breasts in chunks.

    Bring water to boil in a large pot and cook fettuccine noodles according to package directions.

    Add in the chicken and other two tablespoons of olive oil if the vegetable mixture looks like it needs more liquid.

    Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

    If you have fresh herbs, use em!

    Sometimes, if I want a little kick, I will add some red pepper flakes.

    Cook chicken and vegetables for about ten minutes.

    Then add Alfredo sauce and stir well.

    Let simmer for about ten minutes.

    Spoon sauce mixture over noodles and enjoy!

    You can add in more vegetables as desired.
