- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Combine mayonnaise, flour and seasonings.

2Gradually add milk; cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened.

3Add cheese and wine.

4Stir until cheese is melted.

5In large bowl, combine mayonnaise mixture, spaghetti, chicken, broccoli, 3/4 cup nuts, mushrooms and pimento; toss lightly.

6Pour mixture into 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

7Top with remaining nuts.

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

9Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
