  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts
  • 1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
  • cooked rice

Directions

    Place chicken in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken.

    Bake, covered, at 375° for 1 hour.

    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
