- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. white wine
- flour
- capers
Directions

1Clean chicken.

2Dredge in flour.

3Melt butter in pan.

4Brown chicken and remove to plate.

5Add more butter to pan.

6Add white wine and capers.

7Bring to boil and simmer.

8Put chicken back in pan to heat.

9Can be served over linguini.
