- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; save broth.

2Melt margarine and pour over dressing.

3Mix; fluff with fork.

4Put half of dressing mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

5Break chicken into bite size pieces and place on dressing.

6Mix soup (not diluted) and sour cream well.

7Spoon over chicken.

8Cover with rest of dressing mixture.

9Pour 1 can of chicken broth over top and allow to soak in.

10Bake at 325° until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
