- 6 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
- 3 tsp. flour
- 1/2 can chestnuts, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 3 tsp. butter
- salt to taste
- pinch of garlic salt
Directions

1Melt butter and add flour, salt, garlic salt and chicken to frying pan.

2Cook for about 2 minutes, until tender.

3Add soup, milk and remaining ingredients.

4Heat all together.

5Serve over rice or noodles.
