  • 2 c. chopped onion and green onion
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. Ms. Cubbison's seasoning dressing
  • 3 slices white bread
  • 1 small pan day-old corn bread
  • 1 pkg. chicken gizzards
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (16 oz.) chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • poultry seasoning
  • sage to taste

    Rub chicken in butter.
