- 1 qt. chicken stock
- 1/2 c. cooked chicken, finely diced
- 1/4 c. corn kernels, ground
- 1 hard-cooked egg, put through a sieve
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. fine noodles
Directions

1Wash noodles in cold water and add to the chicken stock.

2Cook until soft, then add the chicken and corn.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Add the parsley and egg.

5Serve hot with an inch square of French bread on each cup.
