- 6 deboned breasts of chicken
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. Arnolds bread dressing
- 1/4 lb. melted oleo
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- boiling water (enough to make moist but not soggy)
Directions

1Make dressing by mixing following ingredients:

2oleo, onions, pecans, celery and water.

3Put large spoonful on each breast, then roll and put in greased shallow pan.

4Put mushroom soup, right from can, over each rolled chicken breast.

5Bake at 300° uncovered for 1 hour or more.
