  • 1 large fryer
  • 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Cook chicken, debone and cut into bite-size pieces.

    Place in bottom of large casserole dish.

    Spread stuffing mix over chicken. Sprinkle celery and onion over this.

    Mix soups and broth.

    Pour over casserole.

    Bake at 350° until done (30 to 40 minutes).
