- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 3 c. any type rice, cooked and drained
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. bamboo sprouts
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 2 green onions
- skinless chicken breasts (in soy sauce)
Directions

1Let chicken set in soy sauce overnight. Fry chicken in a little oil. Cook rice and drain off water. Fry rice, mushrooms, bamboo sprouts, water chestnuts and green onions.

2Mix in chicken and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
