  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 3 c. any type rice, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1 c. bamboo sprouts
  • 1 c. water chestnuts
  • 2 green onions
  • skinless chicken breasts (in soy sauce)

Directions

    Let chicken set in soy sauce overnight. Fry chicken in a little oil. Cook rice and drain off water. Fry rice, mushrooms, bamboo sprouts, water chestnuts and green onions.

    Mix in chicken and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
