Chicken and Prune Simmer

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 7 Dry prunes
- 150 ml Red wine
- 40 ml Soy sauce
- 10 grams or soup stock (instead of soy sauce)
Directions

1Use the prunes as-is, or chop them up as desired

2Add the chicken to a non-stick, fluorine-processed frying pan and fry with the skin-side down (if using a regular frying pan, add a little oil).

3Once browned, flip them over.

4Add all of the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

5Reduce to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.

6Turn over the meat from time to time.

7After simmering, it should have a uniform color as shown.

8And it's complete.

9Serve the prunes together with the meat.
