- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
- 1 large fryer, cut up
- 2 cans cream soup of your choice
- salt, pepper or whatever you use to taste
- 1 can water
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Place rice in bottom of greased baking dish.

2Arrange chicken, skin side up.

3Place on top of rice.

4Combine milk, soup and water; pour over rice and chicken.

5Bake at 350° to 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
