  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
  • 1 large fryer, cut up
  • 2 cans cream soup of your choice
  • salt, pepper or whatever you use to taste
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Place rice in bottom of greased baking dish.

    Arrange chicken, skin side up.

    Place on top of rice.

    Combine milk, soup and water; pour over rice and chicken.

    Bake at 350° to 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
