- 1 chicken (whole or cut up)
- 2 c. rice
- 4 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
Directions

1Cook the chicken in a lot of water until done.

2Put 4 1/2 cups of the broth in a large pan and bring to a boil.

3Add bouillon cubes and onion.

4Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

5Add the rice and cook 30 minutes on simmer.

6Debone and cut up chicken.
-
7Add chicken to rice when rice is done.

8Mix well.

9Makes 6 to 8 servings.
