- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken fryer, cut up
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In a glass pan, put rice and mix in all 3 cans of soup.

2Stir. Add 1/4 cup water.

3Stir again until all is mixed up well.

4Place cut-up chicken on top of the rice mixture (have chicken salted and peppered).

5Place in oven for 2 hours at 300°.

6(The key to this is to cook on low so the rice gets done.)

7Rice should be tender and chicken brown when done.
