- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 c. raw rice (cook rice 10 minutes)
- 10 pieces chicken (legs, thighs and breasts)
Directions

1Heat oven to 275°.

2Lightly butter a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom of dish.

3In a large bowl, combine undiluted soups and margarine.

4Lay chicken pieces on rice. Spread soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.

5Remove cover and turn oven to 400°. Brown chicken about 20 minutes.
