  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix soups and butter together.

    Add rice and water.

    Place half of the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place pieces of boneless, skinned chicken on mixture.

    Cover with remaining mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 275° for 3 hours. Serves 8 people.
