  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, well drained
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onions
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
