Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/4 c. raw Minute rice or long grain brown rice
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • cut up chicken breasts

Directions

    Mix soups, rice, chestnuts, pepper and onions.

    Put half of the margarine in the dish and add mixture.
  3. 3
    Salt and pepper chicken pieces on top and pour margarine over that.

    Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250°.

    Turn chicken over halfway through baking.

    If needed, add 1/2 can of milk or water to soup as needed.

    Cover with foil the last 30 minutes.
