  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • milk

Directions

    Spread rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and add water. Sprinkle dry onion soup over mixture.

    Season chicken to taste. Place skin side up on rice mixture.

    Slightly dilute mushroom and chicken soups with milk.

    Spread on top of chicken.

    Cover with foil and bake 2 hours in a 350° oven.
