  • 1 can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • paprika
  • pepper

Directions

    In 3-quart oblong baking dish, combine soup, water, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 can onions.

    Arrange chicken on rice mixture; sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink.

    Top with remaining onions.

    Bake 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
