- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 jar mushrooms or fresh mushrooms if you prefer
- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 c. converted rice
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine.

2Add two cups chicken broth from cooked chicken.

3Bring to boil.

4Add converted rice and cook, covered, for 15 minutes.

5Chop the celery and green pepper. Add to rice along with 2 cups chicken, milk, salt and pepper to taste.

6Simmer 20 minutes, covered.
