  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 to 12 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Boil chicken and all ingredients, except Velveeta and spaghetti, until chicken is done.

    Remove chicken, cool and debone.

    Add spaghetti to broth; cook until tender.

    Add Velveeta and deboned chicken.
