- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 12-ounce baskets strawberries other fruit
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- Whipped Creme Fraiche
- 3 cups chilled whipping cream
- 3/4 cup chilled sour cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add dry ingredients and beat until well blended.
