- 2 chickens
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 3 c. Velveeta
- 1 can English peas
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can pimento
Directions

1Boil chickens and cool.

2Boil spaghetti in broth.

3Fry onions and pepper in oleo.

4Chop chicken and add to spaghetti.

5Add peas, onions, tomatoes and cheese.

6Heat until cheese is melted and well blended.

7I sometimes use rice instead of spaghetti (2 boxes Rice-a-Roni).
