  • 2 chickens
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 3 c. Velveeta
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can pimento

Directions

    Boil chickens and cool.

    Boil spaghetti in broth.
  3. 3
    Fry onions and pepper in oleo.
  4. 4
    Chop chicken and add to spaghetti.
  5. 5
    Add peas, onions, tomatoes and cheese.

    Heat until cheese is melted and well blended.

    I sometimes use rice instead of spaghetti (2 boxes Rice-a-Roni).
