Ingredients
- 1 (4 lb.) chicken
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
- 3 c. corn meal
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 or 4 c. chicken stock
Directions

1Boil chicken whole in 3 quarts of water with bouillon cubes. Mix all other ingredients together with enough stock to form into biscuit shaped patties.

2Place on cookie sheet and bake until solid and brown.

3Remove whole chicken from pot and place in oven to brown.

4Place baked stuffing patties in pot of broth where chicken was cooked.

5Simmer about 20 minutes or until softened slightly.

6Chicken may be sliced and served with stuffing as a side dish or combined in broth.
