- 2 cans (29 Oz. Size) Whole Stewed Tomatoes, In Juice
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 whole Small Eggplant, Peeled And Cubed
- 1 pint Mushrooms, Sliced
- 18 cups Capers
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Red Wine Or Chicken Stock
- 2 whole Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker add all other ingredients.

2When adding the tomatoes, you can break them up with your hands.

3Cook on low for 8 hours.

4Serve over polenta, rice or your favorite pasta.
